What’s new in Raion Hub
Raion Hub updates itself, so there is nothing to install. Here is what changed, newest first, with a link to the guide page that explains each change.

Google tells you when to reconnect
If Google stops letting Raion Hub read your forms or spreadsheets, the Google page now says so and offers Reconnect, instead of showing an empty list.

Retry or stop every undelivered recipient at once
In a campaign, click the Not delivered chip, then Clean up to retry them all or stop messaging them.

Campaign results lead with open and reply rates
Open a campaign and Results shows its open rate and reply rate first, with a breakdown of where every recipient ended up.

Template names, fields and long lists are easier
Type a template's name as plain words, insert a field from one @ menu, and page through a long Templates list 20, 50 or 100 at a time.

Sending a template fills in what it can
Send a template from a chat and it opens on the last one you sent, with values filled from the contact's record marked From record.

Photos sent together show as one grid
Photos a customer sends within a minute show as one grid in the chat, and you can download them all at once.

One way to say a message didn't arrive
A message that didn't reach your customer now reads Not delivered everywhere: in campaigns, follow-ups and chats.

The Templates page can show your message templates as cards as well as a table, so you can scan what each one says.

If the number a campaign sends from is disconnected, the campaign reads Needs attention and says how to reconnect it.

When WhatsApp refuses a message, Raion Hub now says why in plain words and links to the guide's entry for that error code, with what to do next.

In a new campaign, each blank in the message has one box: pick a contact field, or type the text to send.

A step now reads After a period of silence: a reply restarts the wait. Two sequences with the same trigger are marked Sends twice.

A follow-up step that uses a template with a media header can now have its file uploaded right in the step, even when the template was made in Meta's own tools.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms appear by themselves
After a sync, your lead forms show up without clicking refresh, and changes another admin makes appear on their own.

Number fields without the thousands comma
Turn off Separator on a number field to show values such as account numbers as 1234 instead of 1,234.

Clearer notes on messages Raion Hub can't show
When WhatsApp holds back a message, often a new contact's first message from an ad, or sends a kind Raion Hub can't display, the chat says so and tells you to open it in the WhatsApp Business app.

Sign in with a code instead of a password
Choose Sign in with code on the sign-in screen and Raion Hub emails you a one-time code.

Send receipts to a separate billing email
The person who pays can send receipts and renewal reminders to another address with Billing email in Settings, under Subscription.
