Get the Raion Hub app
Raion Hub has an app for iPhone and Android, in the App Store and on Google Play. On a computer, you install it from your browser instead. Every version is the same Raion Hub — the same sign-in, the same workspace, the same contacts — so pick the one that fits the device in your hand.
Nothing to unlock. The app and push alerts are not part of any plan tier and need no special role. Whatever plan you are on, and whether you are the owner or a salesperson, the steps are the same.
On your phone: download the app
This is the best way to use Raion Hub on a phone. It asks to send you notifications the first time you sign in, so you hear about a new lead the moment it lands.
- Reading this on your phone? Tap the button for your phone.
- Reading this on a computer? Point your phone’s camera at the QR code, then tap the link that appears.
- Searching the store yourself? Look for Raion Hub, published by Raion AI.
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. When your phone asks whether Raion Hub may send you notifications, choose Allow.
On a computer: install it from your browser
There is no Raion Hub download for Windows or Mac. Instead, your browser installs it: Raion Hub then opens in a window of its own, with no address bar or tabs, and gets an icon wherever your computer keeps its apps.
In Chrome or Edge, open hub.raiontech.io and click Install Raion Hub at the top right of the sign-in screen. On a Mac, Safari can do the same with File → Add to Dock.
Last option: add it from your phone’s browser
If you cannot use the App Store or Google Play — on a work phone that blocks them, for example — you can add Raion Hub to your Home Screen from the phone’s browser. It works, but it is the second-best phone option: on an iPhone you have to turn push alerts on yourself afterwards. The steps are at the end of the iPhone and Android pages.
True of every version
- It needs an internet connection. There is no offline mode. When the connection drops, a red pill appears at the top of the screen reading No internet connection — check your connection, replaced by a brief green Back online when it recovers.
- New features arrive by themselves. The apps load the latest Raion Hub every time you open them, so you never wait for an update to see something new.
- Each device signs in on its own. Signing in on your computer does not sign you in on your phone, or the other way round.
- Pinch-to-zoom stays off on phones, so the layout stays intact. On an iPhone or iPad, Settings → Accessibility → Zoom still works.
