Your plan and billing

Which plan you are on, what it costs, when it renews, the card it is billed to, and how to change any of that. Prices are in RM, and annual billing saves 20%.

Before you start

  • Everyone can open Subscription. Only the subscription payer — the account owner — can change the plan, the card, or cancel.
  • Not in the iPhone and iPad app. Apple does not allow it there, so the Subscription tab is missing from the app’s Settings. Open hub.raiontech.io in a browser — on your computer, or Safari on the same iPhone — to see or change your plan. The Android app has it as usual.
  • A plan change takes effect immediately, not at your next renewal.

Steps

Open Subscription

In the sidebar, click Settings, then the Subscription tab. Faster route: click your avatar at the bottom left and choose Subscription — that row already shows your plan’s name on its right.

Your plan first, then all three to compare

Check what you are on now

Current plan at the top names your plan, its price, and — when we know it — Renews with the date. A Trial chip appears if you are still in a trial.

The price shown is the period you are actually billed on, monthly or annual, not a default.

Billing email is where receipts and billing notices go. It reads Same as sign-in email until you set a different one. If you are the person who pays, use the pencil beside it (Change billing email) to change it.

Compare the three plans

Under All plans, the Monthly / Annual toggle switches every card’s price. Annual is the cheaper of the two — the Save 20% chip beside the toggle is the size of the difference.

What each one adds:

  • Lite — Social Lead Capture, Mass / Schedule Messaging, Personalised Templates, Keyword Auto Reply, Auto Follow Up, and Setup guides & documentation included.
  • Core — Everything in Lite, plus Lead Assignment, AI Chatbot, AI Auto Label and Roles & Permission.
  • Max — Everything in Core, plus AI Summary, Duty Scheduler, Priority Integrations and Training Support.

For the full picture, open Compare all features at the bottom. It expands into a table across all three plans, grouped as Workspace & Storage, CRM Features, Messaging, AI & Automation, Team & Advanced and Support & Training. A tick means included, a dash means not.

Change plan

Each card’s button tells you what clicking it does:

ButtonWhat it means
Current plan (greyed)This is exactly what you are on
Switch to annual / Switch to monthlySame plan, the other billing period
Choose and a plan nameMove to that plan

Click one and a confirmation appears listing your Current plan, the New plan and the Billing period, along with what happens to your money. Read that line — it is either

Your subscription changes immediately. The unused part of your current plan becomes account credit - it is not refunded to your card. Your billing date stays as it is.

or

Your subscription changes immediately and the card on file is billed the prorated difference. Your billing date stays as it is.

The money rule is spelled out before you confirm

Confirm with the button at the bottom — Continue to payment, Confirm change or Confirm and pay, depending on what you picked. Either a checkout page opens, which takes you out of Raion Hub, or the change applies where you stand and confirms with You’re now on the new plan.

Update the card you are billed on

Scroll to Billing & payment and click Update payment method. It opens our payment provider’s own portal, which is where cards are held.

Billing and payment holds the card, the dates and the status

The rows beneath tell you the rest: Next payment — or Access until, once a cancellation is scheduled — Current period started, Billing (Annual or Monthly), and Payment method, which reads the card brand and its last four digits.

Cancel

In Billing & payment, click Cancel subscription.

A reason is required; the details box is optional

  • Reason is required. Pick the closest one.
  • Additional details is optional, up to 500 characters — the counter under the box keeps track.
  • Click Cancel subscription to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep everything until the date the dialog names. Afterwards a banner sits on the section: This plan will not renew. with the date your access runs to.

Cancelling is not instant, but it is not reversible from that dialog either. To undo it, pick your current plan again from the cards above — that turns the cancellation off and costs nothing, confirming with Your subscription will renew as normal.

The reasons the cancel dialog offers

Reason
Poor customer service
Quality was less than expected
Some features are missing
I am switching to a different service
Too complex to use
Too expensive
I don’t need the service anymore
Other reason

If one of those is fixable, tell us in Additional details — it is read.
