Turn on push alerts

Get a notification the moment a lead lands, even when Raion Hub is closed. In the App Store or Google Play app it is one tap the first time you sign in; in a browser it is one switch on Alerts. Either way it takes under a minute.

In the App Store or Google Play app

The app asks for you. The first time you sign in, your phone asks whether Raion Hub may send you notifications — tap Allow, and you are done. There is no switch to find inside the app.

If you said no, change it in your phone’s own settings — Raion Hub cannot ask again by itself:

PhoneWhere to turn it on
iPhone or iPadSettings → Notifications → Raion Hub → turn on Allow Notifications
AndroidSettings → Apps → Raion Hub → Notifications — the names vary a little by phone maker

Tapping a notification opens Raion Hub on the lead or alert it is about.

In a browser, or an app added from the browser

Everything below is for Raion Hub in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on a computer, and for the version added to a phone’s Home Screen from the browser.

Before you start. Sign in to your workspace — Alerts is inside it. There is no notifications page in Settings. On an iPhone or iPad, a browser tab cannot receive push alerts at all, so instead of the switch you get a line reading On iPhone and iPad, push alerts need the app installed. Tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”, and turn them on from there. The easiest fix is to download the App Store app instead.

Open Alerts

On a phone: tap Alerts in the bottom bar. The full Alerts screen opens, and the switch is a band across the top of it.

On a phone the band has its own Turn on button

On a computer or tablet: click the bell icon at the right-hand end of the top bar — its name is Alerts, followed by the unread count. A panel opens, headed Alerts, and the switch is its top row.

In the panel the whole row is the button — there is nothing separate to click

Press Turn on

On a phone the band reads Turn on push alerts above Get an alert the moment a lead lands — even when the app is closed., with a Turn on button at its right-hand end. Press it and the button reads Enabling… while it works.

In the panel on a computer the row reads the same title above Get a desktop alert when something new lands — even when the Hub tab isn’t focused. Click anywhere on the row; the title changes to Enabling push alerts… while it works.

Choose Allow in your browser’s prompt

Your browser now asks whether this site may show notifications. That prompt is your browser’s, not ours — we cannot skip it, and we cannot bring it back.

If you block it, Raion Hub cannot ask again. Blocking is remembered by the browser, and the only way back is your browser’s own site settings for this site. If you are not sure, dismiss the prompt without choosing instead: nothing happens and the band stays, so you can press it again later.

Check that it worked

If you chose Allow, the band disappears and a green Push alerts are on. message confirms it. Nothing is left on screen afterwards — working alerts say nothing about themselves, so an empty top of the Alerts screen is the success state.

If you blocked it, the band is replaced permanently by a grey line reading Push alerts are blocked for this site. Allow them in your browser’s site settings to receive alerts. In the panel on a computer that line ends …to receive desktop alerts. instead.

What lands in Alerts

The list can be filtered by type, with four chips: All, Lead, Agent and Notes. Beside them, All and Unread switch between everything and what you have not read, with the unread count shown on the switch — capped at 99+ once there are more than 99. Mark all read clears the count. In the panel on a computer the chips are behind a Show filters toggle.

Lead is the broadest chip: it covers everything to do with leads, and anything the app does not recognise lands there too, so treat it as the catch-all rather than as “leads only”.

Two names to recognise: a lead handed to someone shows as Lead Assigned, and a batch of leads moved between people shows as Leads Reassigned.

When there is nothing to show, the screen says All caught up. At the bottom of a list you have scrolled to the end of, You’re all caught up.

What a browser notification looks like

This describes notifications from the browser version. In the App Store and Google Play apps, tapping a notification opens the lead or alert it is about, or Alerts when there is no particular record.

  • It carries the navy Raion “R” icon, and its own title. Where an alert has no title of its own it reads Raion Hub, and with no detail to show, You have a new notification.
  • Repeat alerts about the same thing replace each other rather than stacking. A lead that is captured and then assigned leaves one notification in your tray, not two.
  • Tapping it takes you to the record. If Raion Hub is already open it brings that window forward and moves it to the right record; if not, it opens a new window. Where there is no particular record, it opens Leads.

Messages you might see, and what each one means

These appear as a message at the time, and stay as a red line under the band so you can act on them without rushing.
