Welcome to Raion Hub
Raion Hub is the CRM your team works in every day. Your contacts, your WhatsApp conversations, and the rules that put every new lead in front of the right person. This guide is the manual for it — every page answers one question, names every button, and shows you the screen you should be looking at.
Read this page if your account is new. If you used the previous version of the Hub, read Coming from the previous version next, because most of the screens have moved.
Before you start — you need an account and a workspace, the shared space your team’s contacts and conversations live in. You either created one when you signed up, or a teammate invited you to theirs. If you signed in and Raion Hub told you You’re not in a workspace yet, ask someone on your team to invite you; there is nothing to open until they do.
What you get
Everything below is in Raion Hub today. On a computer you reach it from the sidebar down the left; on a phone, from the Menu button in the bar along the bottom.
| Where you find it | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Your at-a-glance board. Build it out of the numbers you care about with Add Metric in the top bar. |
| Database → Leads | Your contacts. Leads is the first database every workspace starts with, and you can add more. |
| Messaging → Conversations | A shared WhatsApp inbox your whole team works out of. |
| Messaging → Campaigns | Pick contacts, pick a template, send or schedule it. |
| Messaging → Templates | Reusable messages, with variables, for campaigns and follow-ups. |
| Messaging → AI Chatbot | Answers for you when a message comes in. You give it your knowledge and tone, and decide what it is allowed to do. |
| Messaging → Follow-ups | Scheduled sequences that chase the people who have not replied yet. |
| Automation → Assignment | Round-robin or shotgun, so a new lead reaches someone instantly. |
| Automation → Integrations | The places your leads and messages come from: WhatsApp, Meta, Google, TikTok, web forms and lead capture. |
| Settings | Your profile, your workspace, members, roles, channel access, and your subscription. |
Raion Hub comes in three plans — Lite, Core and Max. A few things in this guide are marked with the plan they need.
How Raion Hub is organised
Three words come up on nearly every page, so they are worth ten seconds now.
Workspace. The shared space. Its contacts, conversations and settings belong to it, and to no other workspace. You can belong to more than one, and switch between them from the top of the sidebar.
Team. A group of members inside a workspace — sales, ops, whoever. Optional. If your workspace has more than one, you can narrow what you are looking at to a single team.
Database. A saved view over your workspace’s one shared pool of contacts — not a separate copy of them. If you build a Customers database alongside Leads, the same person can appear in both without being duplicated, and an edit in one is an edit in both. Each database has its own name, icon, fields and stages.
The sidebar on the left is the same on every screen — this is where you will spend your day
Two things that surprise people on day one
Signing in takes you to Leads, not the Dashboard — even though Dashboard is the first thing in the sidebar. That is deliberate: most people open Raion Hub to work their list.
Your workspace is part of the web address. Every screen lives at an address
like hub.raiontech.io/w/your-workspace/leads. Two browser tabs can therefore
sit in two different workspaces at the same time, which is useful once you run
more than one. An old bookmark without the workspace in it still works — it
redirects after a brief spinner, though it may land you in a different workspace
than the one you saved it from, so check the name at the top of the sidebar.
