Integrations
Every path a lead can take into your workspace starts on this one screen: connect a platform, map its fields once, and new leads arrive with their source already attached.
Where to find it
In the sidebar, under Automation, click Integrations.
Sidebar → Automation → Integrations
The page is a grid of cards, one per platform, and the whole card is a link — click anywhere on it and that platform’s own page opens. Nothing opens in place on this screen.
The five cards
| Card | What it brings in |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business | Connected numbers, click-to-chat links, channel settings and outbound guardrails. |
| Meta | Facebook, Instagram & Threads lead ads — pages, forms and field mapping. |
| Forms, Spreadsheets and Calendar — map submissions into leads. | |
| TikTok | Lead ads forms and field mapping. |
| Website forms | Your site’s contact and enquiry forms — embed ours or point yours at a webhook; submissions become leads. |
The second column is each card’s own wording, so you can match what you read here against what is on your screen. Each platform has its own guide: WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google, TikTok and Website forms.
What the line at the bottom of a card means
That line is the whole status report for a platform, and it is worth learning to read — it saves opening four pages to find the one that is broken.
| The line reads | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not connected | Nothing is connected on that platform yet |
| Connect beside the arrow | There is still something to connect — it can sit beside a count line too, not only beside Not connected |
| Reconnect needed in amber, then · 2 accounts | The platform’s login has expired. Open the card and reconnect. On the WhatsApp Business card this same state reads Disconnected |
| 2 accounts · 3 capturing · Last lead · 16:40 | Healthy and working. The time is a 24-hour clock if the lead came in today, otherwise Yesterday, the weekday name, or a date |
| 1 account · 2 capturing · no leads yet | Connected, but nothing has ever arrived. This is the prompt to send yourself a test lead |
| 2 accounts · 4 numbers | WhatsApp only — it counts numbers rather than forms, and has no last-lead time |
If the summary cannot be reached, a card falls back to a short descriptor of what it does instead — Lead ad forms → a mapped lead source on Meta, for example. That is not an error state; open the platform’s own page to see where it really stands.
The cards move around
The order is not fixed. Anything that needs attention comes first — cards needing a reconnect, then connected cards by how recently a lead arrived, then the ones not connected yet. So read the names rather than reaching for a position you remember.
If a card is missing
Meta, Google and TikTok are hidden — not greyed out — from anyone whose role does not include read access to the Integrations permission. If you see only two cards, that is why, and the page does not tell you so.
Getting it has one trap in it. Ask a workspace owner or an admin to open Settings → Roles and tick READ on the row named Integrations. The refusal message calls that permission Social Integration, but the Roles editor labels the same row Integrations — searching there for “Social Integration” finds nothing.
If you open a platform’s address directly without it, the heading and back arrow stay and the body reads You don’t have access — Your role doesn’t include the Social Integration permission, which this connection needs. Ask a workspace owner or an admin to grant it.
Website forms has no permission gate at all, so every member always sees that card.
Which plans include this
Capturing leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp and TikTok is included on every plan — Lite, Core and Max. So whether you can see the Meta, Google and TikTok cards is a question of your role, not your plan.
WhatsApp Business is the one exception: that card needs both the Official WhatsApp permission and WhatsApp on your plan, and is hidden if either is missing.
Things people look for here and do not find
- A “Coming soon” card. Every card on this hub is live today.
- Messenger or Instagram DM. They were ruled out rather than postponed. The Meta card is about lead ad forms, not inbox conversations.
- Lead capture as its own card. It is a tab on the WhatsApp page now, and an old link to it takes you there.
- Fresh counts for Meta, Google and TikTok. This hub reads one cheap summary; only WhatsApp’s account and number counts are fetched live. Something you connected a minute ago can look unchanged here until you open its page.
If something looks wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| One large spinner and no cards | Your permissions are still being checked | Wait. Cards are held back on purpose, so none of them appear and then vanish |
| Only two cards | Your role is missing read access to the Integrations permission | Ask a workspace owner or an admin to tick READ on the Integrations row in Settings → Roles |
| Reconnect needed on a card | That platform’s login has expired or its permissions changed | Open the card and use Reconnect |
| A short descriptor instead of counts | The summary could not be loaded this time | Open that platform’s page, which reads its own state directly |
| no leads yet long after connecting | Nothing has arrived through that platform | On Meta, use Send a test lead. Elsewhere, submit a real form or run the ad |
| A platform you just connected looks untouched | The hub’s counts come from one summary call | Open its page — the state there is the real one |
