Choose who receives leads
Stop sending leads to someone who is on leave, on a course or off the floor — for one lead source or for all of them — and set the hours and holidays assignment should work around. This all happens on the Members view of the Assignment screen.
Before you start
- Assignment is on the Core and Max plans.
- Pausing and resuming needs the change side of the Lead Distribution permission, listed in Settings → Roles as Lead Assignment.
- Working hours needs two things: your plan has to include it, and your role has to be allowed to change members. Without both, the gear is not there and the last column shows a dash.
- A person has to be on a rule before they can be paused. If they are on none, there is nothing to pause — add them to a rule first, in Create an assignment rule.
Where it is
Open Assignment from the sidebar’s Automation group, then press the Members chip in the toolbar. One row per person in the workspace.
Everyone in the workspace is listed here, whether or not they are on a rule.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Member | Name and email address |
| Role | The role they hold in the workspace |
| Assigned sources | 3 sources, plus a red 1 paused when some of them are paused. Press the chips to open the list. No sources means they are on no rule |
| Leads today | How many leads assignment has handed them today. There is nothing to compare it against — no member has a daily cap |
| Receiving | The master switch. See the warning below |
| The last column | The gear, Working hours |
The filter chip on this view offers All, Receiving and Paused, and Paused includes anyone paused on even one source. Search matches a name or an email address here. The shelf at the bottom counts 12 members, or 12 of 40 members while you are filtering.
Role and Leads today drop out as the table narrows — that is the width of the table itself, not your screen, so an expanded sidebar can drop them on a wide monitor.
A pause belongs to a lead source, not to a person
This is the one thing on this screen that catches people out.
The Receiving switch is all or nothing. Turning it off stops that person receiving leads from every source they are on, not from whichever rule you were just looking at. Its own label says so — Stop sending leads to Priya Kaur from every source. To pause one source only, use the Assigned sources chips.
Steps
Pause one lead source for someone
Press the chips in their Assigned sources cell. A menu lists every source they are on, paused ones first. Each row names the source and, underneath, Receiving - tap to pause or Paused - tap to resume.
Press a row. It takes effect straight away: the source name is struck through, the red N paused chip appears in the cell, and a toast confirms Paused Facebook Ads leads for Priya Kaur. Press it again to resume — Priya Kaur is receiving Facebook Ads leads again.
If your role cannot change assignment the sub-lines read just Receiving or Paused, and the rows do nothing.
One tap per source. Paused sources move to the top of the list.
Or pause them everywhere at once
Turn the Receiving switch off. Every source they are on is paused in one go, and a toast reads Paused leads for Priya Kaur. Turning it back on reads Priya Kaur is receiving leads again.
If some sources go through and others do not, the toast says so honestly — Updated 2 of 3 sources for Priya Kaur. Try again. Press the switch again to finish the rest.
A partly paused person is only reported by the red N paused chip. Their master switch still looks on, because for most of their sources it is.
Set the hours assignment should work around
Press the gear in the last column, Working hours. The window is titled Working hours with the member’s name under it, and it is the only place in Raion Hub where these are set — they are not in Settings.
Nine to five, Monday to Friday, until you change it.
- Off-hours reassignment — Reassign leads that arrive outside this member’s working hours to the next available member.
- Working calendar — one row per day, Mon to Sun. Each row has a switch for “is this a working day” and a start and an end time. Everyone starts at 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with Sat and Sun off.
Add the days they are away
Still in the same window, scroll to Holidays and press Add holiday. Each holiday is a date range — the column is captioned Dates away — plus a free note beside it, captioned Note, for something like Annual leave. A new holiday starts as today only, and a single-day holiday is fine.
With none set up the section reads No holidays configured / Add a date range this member is away — leads won’t be assigned to them during it.
A range and a note. The note is for whoever reads this next month.
Save
Press Save. A toast confirms Working hours updated.
This saves on the person, not on a rule — so it applies to them on every rule they are on, and it takes effect even if you opened the gear from inside a rule and then cancelled that rule.
If something on the form is not right, the row at fault says so once you have pressed Save, and a summary appears beside the buttons — 1 field needs fixing, or 3 fields need fixing. The messages are in the table at the end of this page.
The same gear is inside a rule
Stage 2 of the rule form has a gear on each member row, and it opens this same window. Two things are different there:
- The Paused pill on a member row inside a rule is read-only. Only this view can change it.
- The gear inside the rule form does not check whether your role may change members — so it can open for someone whose save will then be refused.
On a phone
Each member is a card: name and email, the gear, then labelled rows for Assigned sources and Leads today, then Receiving leads and the master switch along the bottom.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A dash instead of a Receiving switch, tooltip Not on any assignment rule yet — add them to a rule first. | That person is on no rule, so there is nothing to pause | Add them to a rule first — Create an assignment rule |
| No sources in their Assigned sources cell | Same thing: no rule has them on it | Add them to the rule that should be feeding them |
| You paused one source and they are still getting leads | A pause is per source. They are on another source that is still live | Open the Assigned sources menu and check every row, or turn the Receiving switch off for all of them |
| You turned Receiving off to stop one rule, and they stopped getting everything | That switch covers every source | Turn it back on, then pause the single source from the Assigned sources menu |
| Updated 2 of 3 sources for Priya Kaur. Try again. | Part of the change went through | Press the switch again; only the sources that failed are left to change |
| Failed to update member or Failed to update source | The change was refused | Try again in a moment. Nothing was half-applied to the source you pressed |
| The Paused filter shows someone who looks like they are receiving | Paused includes people paused on only some of their sources | Their red N paused chip says how many |
| No gear in the last column, only a dash | Either your plan does not include working hours, or your role cannot change members | Ask a workspace owner — see Roles & permissions |
| Failed to update working hours after saving from inside a rule | The gear in the rule form opens without checking whether your role may change members | Ask a workspace owner for the members permission, or ask them to set the hours |
| Mon needs both a start and an end time. | A day is switched on with one of its two times empty | Fill both, or switch that day off |
| Mon end time must be after the start time. | The finish is earlier than the start | Correct one of the two — the end has to be later in the same day |
| Pick the dates this member is away. | A holiday row has a note but no dates | Choose the range, or remove that row |
| You cannot find working hours in Settings | They live only here, on the Assignment screen | Automation → Assignment → Members, then the gear on their row |
| No members yet — Invite teammates to your workspace and they’ll show up here… | Nobody has been invited to the workspace yet | Invite them in Settings; they appear here on their own |
| No members match your filters | The search or the status filter is hiding everyone | Clear the search — closing the search field clears it for you — and set the filter chip back to All |
