Coming from the previous version
Raion Hub was rebuilt from the ground up. Most of what you did before is still here, but a fair amount of it sits behind a different word or in a different place. This page is the translation, plus how to open the previous version if you need something from it.
Read this with the app open beside you. The fastest way through the change is to find each thing once in its new home. Ten minutes now, and you stop hunting.

Old addresses generally still resolve, so a bookmark or a link in an old email is worth clicking before you go looking for the new path. One catch: a bookmark saved before workspaces were in the address has no workspace in it, so Raion Hub has to choose one for you — and it may not be the one you saved it from. Check the workspace name at the top of the sidebar when a link lands somewhere unexpected.
What is genuinely new
- Your workspace is in the address, so two browser tabs can sit in two different workspaces at once.
- A combined workspace and team switcher at the top of the sidebar, with the headcount beside each.
- One Settings page with a tab each for your profile, workspace, members, roles, channel access, subscription and branding.
- A setup checklist with a progress pill in the corner. See Work through the setup checklist.
- Databases — build as many views over your contacts as you need, each with its own name, icon, fields and stages.
- Conversations, a shared WhatsApp inbox for the whole team.
- Light and dark mode, and a workspace that can carry your own logo and colour.
- Install Raion Hub as an app on your phone or your desktop, from the ? menu in the top bar.
- Keyboard shortcuts — ⌘ B / Ctrl B collapses the sidebar, and ? anywhere shows the full list. See Keyboard shortcuts.
Open the previous version
The previous Hub is still there, and you can go to it whenever you need something you cannot find yet.
Open your account menu
On a computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, tap your photo at the top right of the screen.
Switch to legacy carries a small v1 chip, so you can tell the two apart at a glance
Click Switch to legacy
The row with the small v1 chip beside it. It opens the previous version of the Hub.
Coming back is up to you. Nothing carries you from the old Hub to this one, so use your browser’s back button or open this Hub’s address again. If you expect to go back and forth for a while, keep this one open in its own tab.
