See how much of your plan you use
Check how many actions, records, WhatsApp numbers, members and workspaces your plan has left.
Steps
Open Usage
In the sidebar, click Settings, then Usage in the list on the left.
On a phone, and why Usage can be missing
- On a phone, tap Menu in the bottom bar, then Usage under Plan. The page opens full screen; the back arrow returns to the Menu.
- Only the subscription payer sees Usage. For everyone else it is hidden, not greyed out (why). The limits belong to the plan the payer pays for.
Read your plan’s totals
Read each row’s count against your plan’s limit, and the line under its bar: how many are left.
What each row counts, and when it resets
Every row counts across all your workspaces: the plan’s limits are shared, not per workspace.
| Row | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Actions | AI actions plus WhatsApp messages, shared by every number. It starts again on your renewal date |
| Database | Records (contacts) in every database of every workspace |
| WhatsApp numbers | Connected numbers, across all workspaces |
| Members | People. Someone in three of your workspaces counts once |
| Workspaces | Every workspace on your plan, including ones you are not in |
The line under a bar reads, for example, “960 left”, “All 2 in use” or “Unlimited”. A row your plan does not count is left out.
Under Actions, a second line splits the workspace you are in, for example “This workspace: 2,840 since 14 Oct 2026 · AI 1,260 · WhatsApp messages 1,580”.
New Workspace on the Workspaces row creates another workspace on your plan. When it is greyed, the line under the bar says why.
Check each workspace
Under By workspace, read each workspace’s own Members, WhatsApp numbers, Database records and Actions.
Only with 2+ workspaces, and what the Full chips mean
- By workspace appears only when you have two or more workspaces. With one, the totals above are its numbers.
- A card shows counts only. The limit is the plan’s, shared, so no card has a limit of its own.
- Almost full appears beside Database records or Actions at 90% of your plan. Full appears when nothing is left. Click the chip (tap on a phone) to read the sentence, such as “Database is 92% full on your plan. 960 records left.”
- A dash instead of a number means we could not read that count. Reopen the page.
Get more room
Click See plans at the top right (Plans on a phone) to open Subscription and change plan.
When Actions run out, and other ways to free room
- Actions start again on the renewal date shown on the Actions row.
- Database, WhatsApp numbers, Members and Workspaces do not reset. Free one by removing what you no longer use, or move to a bigger plan.
- See plans is missing in the iPhone and iPad app. Open hub.raiontech.io in a browser.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No Usage in Settings | You are not the subscription payer | Ask whoever pays for the workspace |
| “All 5 workspaces on your plan are in use. Free up a workspace or upgrade to create more.” | Your plan has no workspace left | Delete a workspace you no longer use, or click See plans |
| “New workspaces go on your own plan, and you don’t have one yet.” | You are in someone else’s plan and have none of your own | Choose a plan of your own on Subscription |
| “Couldn’t load this workspace’s actions” | The count did not arrive | Click Try again |
